South Guildford, WA Key Accountabilities: Oversee the negotiation, execution and management of high value, strategic customer sales contracts critical to continued growth. Advise on a broad range of matters including disputes and regulatory compliance. Provide practical solutions to a diverse range of problems impacting the business. Provide thought leadership on legal, risk and compliance matters including the development and provision of training to key stakeholders. Ensure WesTrac’s compliance with legislative requirements by monitoring legislative changes and implementing appropriate compliance programmes and frameworks. Skills & Experience: Strong experience as a qualified legal professional specialising in commercial, corporate, commercial litigation, construction or mining law Bachelor of Laws Admission to the Supreme Court of WA (or other Australian jurisdiction) and current practicing certificate.
