Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a range of commercial contracts. Proactively identify and advise on legal risks, escalating those as necessary to stakeholders. Be a business partner to your non-legal colleagues to help achieve business goals with legally sound strategies. Collaborate with your colleagues in the Global Commercial Legal team and with UK and internationally-based business stakeholders. Qualifications:
Law degree with superior academic credentials from a nationally-recognised law school. Minimum of 5 years PQE. Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial or corporate law with a top-tier law firm. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication and relationship-building skills. A commercial and pragmatic attitude and the ability to communicate effectively. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating B2B SaaS agreements, from high-volume no-negotiation forms to complex, bespoke agreements with multinational companies. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a client-centric, fluid environment handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining the highest standards and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology or cloud communications industry. Familiarity with intellectual property and data protection laws. Experience with reseller, distribution, and other indirect sales relationships. Familiarity with government contract frameworks (e.g. Gloud) Familiarity with SaaS company RFP/RFI responses Experience working for a US-based multinational company with a strong UK presence.
