Senior Legal Counsel - South Yorkshire
I've been exclusively retained by a highly successful South Yorkshire business to help them recruit an experienced lawyer to the business. Our client is a high tech precision manufacturing business with a great reputation across the globe and one of the leaders in its sector. They have established a strong international position based on high quality products and exceptional customer service. With around 2000 employees and turnover in the hundreds of millions, it is a profitable and stable business. They have an established legal function and are currently looking for a lawyer to head up the team undertaking a diverse role, which might incorporate contracts/risk management, leading on commercial and corporate legal advice, international litigation, and assisting in the compliance and regulatory needs of the business. You should be a motivated, reliable, confident, and flexible individual looking to join a dynamic organisation. You'll probably have at least 8 years pqe to have gained the experience to take on the challenge, and either be working in-house or in a reputed law firm. You may be an experienced commercial lawyer, and good commercial litigators looking to move in-house are also encouraged to make contact.
