Assess technical feasibility, gather requirements, and design legal tech solutions. Leverage AI & Emerging Tech:
Integrate AI tools and advise on their benefits and risks. Train & Support:
Provide training and support for legal tech tools, mentoring junior team members. Governance & Innovation:
Develop standard operating procedures and promote innovative tech uses. Client Engagement:
Support client pitches by showcasing our legal tech capabilities. Experience and Knowledge: Essential: 5+ years developing custom solutions on platforms like HighQ and BRYTER. Strong understanding of legal documents, processes, and workflows. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and project management. Ability to explain tech solutions in non-technical terms. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (CoPilot Studio, PowerBi, Power Automate, Power Apps). Broad IT skills including SQL. Familiarity with Design Thinking Framework. Experience in a law firm. Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Positive and enthusiastic work ethic. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize demands. Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
