+ Mon - Fri + Progression + Benefits Bristol Are you a Senior Lettings Administrator or similar looking for a leadership role within a rapidly growing property management company that offers career progression, a supportive team, and no weekend work? You'll lead a small team of dedicated Property Managers, driving operational success and ensuring outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. In this role, you'll oversee the entire lettings operation, manage a small portfolio of properties, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. You'll also focus on training, process improvement, and collaborating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency whilst liaising with clients and tenants to build and maintain relationships. This role would suit a Senior Lettings Administrator or similar, looking to join a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development within a growing Property Management business with a strong focus on Lettings.
