Drive the growth of new business into the company through a variety of means Nurture and develop existing client base, maximising opportunities Support and develop team members in achieving their own targets Work closely with the wider business to support and contribute to growth Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to generate new business within a lettings agency First-class communication and customer service skills Skilled in aiding the development of junior team members Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car My client is offering a base salary up to £35,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £50-70,000.
