My client has exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Lettings Consultants to join their award-winning team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure property listings. Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Engage with potential new tenants to understand their preferences and recommend suitable rental properties. Facilitate and negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of industry experience is essential. Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive personality. Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanour. Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn bespoke in-house software quickly. Full UK driving license. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Salary & Benefits: Basic salary between 19,000 - 20,000 per annum, based on experience, with a company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, offering a realistic OTE of up to 30,000 per annum.
