Senior Lettings Consultant – Brighton & Hove
Jacobs Steel are one of the leading independent estate & letting agents with six offices spanning the South coast between Worthing and Brighton & Hove. Jacobs Steel’s residential lettings business continues to thrive and grow at a rapid rate. Following the launch of our Brighton & Hove office in 2020 we are seeking an experienced Lettings professional to establish a team and to drive growth in the Brighton & Hove market. This position benefits from a high volume of leads which are generated through our innovative marketing campaigns, established database and supportive, experienced estate agency business. Our established lettings team of 8 people will support this position with admin, accounts and property management, allowing the successful candidate to focus on business development through valuations and lets. In return we require someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a professional but friendly approach and a driven work ethic.
