Senior Lettings Negotiator in Central London
Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our client based in Central London. Basic: From £26,000 pa + OTE £40,000 pa to £60,000 pa benefits Full-time Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm. Friday, from 9.30 am to 6 pm, with 1 day early finish at 5 pm and one hour for lunch. A driving licence is NOT required. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, working directly with the owner in a great location. You'll have a fantastic revenue stream and the opportunity to get fully involved in the company's growth. Main Responsibilities:
Agreeing tenancies and sales and liaising between sellers, landlords, buyers and applicant tenants. Producing tenancy agreements and undertaking 'right to rent' checks. Tenancy renewals. Listing properties on property portals. Delivering letters and flyers. Giving feedback and updates to clients and maintaining good client relationships. Property Inspections. Organising and undertaking viewings. Business development: securing new sales. Marketing and administration. All other related tasks. Personal Attributes:
Ambitious. Confident. Hardworking. Very organised and self-motivated. Excellent client service abilities. Professional approach. Strong verbal and written communication. IT Proficient - MS Office Word, Excel. Qualifications:
