As a Senior Magento Frontend Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting responsive, scalable, and visually stunning storefronts that leave users delighted and clients thrilled.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the development and customisation of Magento themes, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect implementations Work closely with designers and backend developers to turn designs and requirements into fully functional and optimised ecommerce experiences Utilise Magento’s core frontend components, including Knockout.js and RequireJS, to enhance user interactions Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code that adheres to Magento’s frontend best practices Implement advanced customisations using Magento UI components and LESS Optimise frontend performance to achieve fast load times and smooth interactions, focusing on Core Web Vitals Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operation across multiple devices and browsers Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction to ensure the team delivers exceptional results What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in Magento 2 frontend development, including theme customisation and building from scratch Strong knowledge of Magento-specific technologies such as Knockout.js, RequireJS, and UI components Hands-on experience optimising for performance, including Core Web Vitals, asset bundling, and critical rendering paths Debug and resolve issues, ensuring stability and design accuracy A solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility Experience integrating third-party modules Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Git and modern frontend workflows (e.g., Webpack, Grunt)

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with headless Magento setups and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js Experience with tools for accessibility and SEO optimisation in ecommerce Magento 2 Frontend Certification (or equivalent) Experience working with performance optimisation/profiling tools What’s In It for You?
