Due to continued growth, we are looking for a

Senior Maintenance Engineer

to join the expanding maintenance team in Mansfield. You will need to be a multi-skilled engineer and have previous experience in an automated distribution centre in a similar role.

Having significant investment into the plant in the last 3 years, you will be exposed to both new and old machinery. Working as part of a large team, there are lots of opportunities to progress both on a skills and professional basis.

Responsibilities of a Senior Maintenance Engineer

Both planned and reactive maintenance duties. Training of other team members. Undertake machine start-up, routine & non-routine, and planned shut down as required. To undertake fault diagnosis & implement corrective actions to minimise downtime. To monitor, report and action equipment performance to identify & implement incremental improvements to maximise output & quality performance. To communicate machine status & performance across shift teams to ensure effective handovers. Qualifications and experience required to become a Senior Maintenance Engineer

Level 3 Apprentice trained Engineer. HNC Qualified electrically or mechanically biased discipline. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Conveyors, Cranes, sortation, and Hanging garment is desirable. PLC Experience is desirable but not essential. Benefits to you:

£57,500 basic salary. 4 on 4 off days & nights pattern 12-hour shifts. Pension & 20 shifts Holiday. Staff retail Discounts.
