Your Role

As the Senior Management Accountant, you will: Lead on month end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage and mentor a team, including one direct report. Prepare VAT returns and maintain compliance with tax regulations. Collaborate with finance colleagues to deliver insightful management reports. Support the budgeting process and assist in process improvement initiatives. Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision making. Actively participate in audits and ensure robust balance sheet controls. What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualified Accountant with CCAB membership. Degree level education. At least 5 years' experience in a well run, best practice organisation. Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting/reporting processes. Desirable Skills & Knowledge: Experience with VAT and PowerBI. Proven track record of process improvement and systems optimisation.
