This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative, supportive team while taking ownership of vital financial processes. As the organisation navigates exciting changes, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless financial reporting. In this Senior Management Accountant role, you will: Lead month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Oversee forecasting, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights. Manage key financial projects, including ensuring alignment and consistent reporting across legacy systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and directors, to support strategic decision-making. Drive improvements in financial reporting and contribute to the rollout of Power BI, enabling self-service reporting capabilities. Proactively monitor and manage timelines for reporting and financial deliverables, fostering collaboration across teams. Based in Basingstoke, the successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working pattern requiring you to go into the office two days per week. You will also benefit from a generous pension contribution, competitive annual leave allowance and The ideal candidate will: Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Possess significant management accounting experience, including forecasting, and variance analysis. Have a proven track record of working in a corporate environment or large, complex organisations. Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI highly desirable. Be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and adept at presenting financial insights clearly and persuasively. Exhibit a proactive, personable, and solutions-focused approach, capable of building strong relationships across diverse teams.
