As the core operation within a larger group, this business is complemented by multiple entities, each contributing to a diverse portfolio. Working directly with the Finance Director and alongside a variety of senior stakeholders across the business; your role will blend both the financial and commercial elements of finance including: Production of monthly MI, Financial KPI’s & reports Cash management and internal controls Developing systems and process to ensure improved efficiencies are achieved; and continually reviewing and developing these to improve efficiency and drive automation Identify opportunities to reduce costs, via overhead reviews & savings Development and implementation of finance related projects Oversee Evaluation and Training of finance department employees Development, analysis, reporting and monitoring of staff KPI’s Co-ordinate and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are achieved Financial planning and analysis using MI and KPI reports. Management and development of accounting systems and the finance function Analyse and identify profitability of all areas of business. Strategic and commercial support to senior management Ad hoc projects and input to business operations This is a great opportunity for an ambitious qualified Management Accountant who wants to progress their career in a fast-paced business.
