Job Description Manage budgeting and forecasting activities. Cashflow management. Production of the statutory accounts. Supporting the year-end process and liaison with the auditors. Analysing the company's financial performance. Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents. Monitor the financial performance and health of the company. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes. Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports. Provide financial advice to assist in decision making. Support the development of junior team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. Excellent systems skills including strong Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Not-for-profit background. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
