Whenever Trial Balance Consulting are assigned by this client it puts a smile on our faces. Not only are they an absolute pleasure to work with from a recruiter’s point of view, they’re also one of Cornwall’s highest regarded employers, with an exceptional ability to retain staff and develop long term careers. They’re a specialist manufacturer that produce exceptional products to a global customer base and their expertise is envied the world over. Quite simply, any employment opportunity with this business is an opportunity not to be missed. This time we’ve been exclusively assigned to source a Senior Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. The role works within an experienced, friendly, and down to earth finance function and reports directly to the Financial Controller. It also supports two Management Accountants so in-depth, long term management accounting exposure is essential. The technical details:

The team fit and communication skills are particularly important for this role; it works within a highly energetic, personable team and across multiple departments. We’re looking for a dynamic, enquiring-minded individual who can use initiative to find and fix problems, and raise potential ideas to improve systems. The role supervises a team of two so the experience or aptitude to lead a small team is also a key requirement of the role.
