An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management Accountant to join a PLC company based in High Wycombe.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9-12 months with the opportunity to go permanent.

Responsibilities:
Lead technical accounting and reporting for areas such as revenue recognition (IFRS 15), rebate accounting, consolidation, FX, and intercompany transactions. Prepare technical papers and reports for senior management with analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate process implementation and control, especially in rebate accounting. Ensure timely and accurate management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis. Act as key contact for auditors, supporting successful HY and YE audits. Manage ad hoc projects and deliver solutions for complex accounting issues. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and key control reporting. Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting, and systems. Stay current with changes in audit, regulation, and industry practices. Requirements:
Qualified with ACCA/CIMA/ACA. Ability to present to and influence others, including senior stakeholders. Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite would be beneficial. Confident dealing with large datasets and strong MS Excel skills.
