The Role:
Acting as the conduit between Finance and Operations, this role would suit a forward-thinking Accountant with strong Business Partnering experience. The position will see the right person working closely with the FD/ CFO and SLT, leading on all Reporting and Forecasting as well as ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the UK MD and FD to ensure key weekly financials are accurately reported.
Being a hands-on and key member of the team, partnering closely with the output team.
Leading on all matters relating to costing and commercial operations.
Developing and guiding the finance forecasting, including costing and actuals analysis.
Desirable Skills:
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified with a background in Manufacturing Businesses.
Advanced Excel User
Demonstrable background in leadership and business partnering.
