Senior Management Accountant , you'll be a strategic force in the finance team, working closely with the Finance Director to shape key financial decisions. You'll drive month-end reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management. This role combines hands-on accounting with the chance to influence high-level strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end close and produce timely, accurate management accounts. Deliver in-depth financial analysis, reporting on risks, opportunities, and trends. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls. Manage cash flow forecasting and provide strategic input into capital management and investment initiatives. Oversee and mentor junior finance team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth. Work closely with departmental heads to monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives. Support strategic projects, budget control, and cost-saving initiatives. About You: Experience:
5+ years in management accounting, with strong analytical skills. Skills:
