Our client is a privately owned business that has a range of premium products that they sell in over 100 countries. The position reports to the CEO and includes a pathway to Group Financial Controller role.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee financial controls, prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and manage payroll and pricing integrity. Audit & Compliance:
Handle relationships with auditors, ensure timely completion of audits, and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax laws. Taxation:
Review VAT returns and submit corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC. IT Management:
Lead software strategy and management. Team Leadership:
Manage a team of two finance professionals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years in similar roles, with industry experience. Education:
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Skills:
Strong software implementation experience; familiarity with SAP Business One, MS Power BI, and MS Dynamics is advantageous.
