Senior Manager, Business Operations , you will be responsible for reporting and inter-departmental initiatives for Construction Execution including team performance and ensuring team accountabilities are being met. You will also manage people, support the regional rhythm of the business, and partner across the region and globally to support continuous improvement in predictable construction delivery. What you will do? Compile data for reporting/communications/KPIs Board level reporting Documentation and facilitation of critical meetings Regional OKR tracking and support Regional Investment Committee reporting Global Reporting compilation on behalf of region Support cross-org projects and initiatives to meet changing business needs Work with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the team's communication strategy, including SharePoint design and administration, new communication mediums, deck templates, data analytic presentation, and more Serve as key internal GID partner cross-regionally and strengthen global alignment on processes and priorities Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to manage people and non-people targets Support internal and external staff onboarding, including vendor onboarding to NTT systems Manage the Portfolio Risk and Change Management Team and function Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing quality, efficiency, and effective resource management Drive team data strategy and create ongoing review cadence for key team metrics Communicate changes in procedures to the wider organization Identify constraints and present proposed solutions to stakeholders Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decisions and project delivery What are we looking for? 10-15 years working in a corporate or large matrix organization environment with global experience Background, experience, and education in Construction Management, Data Centers, PMP/PgMP, is a plus BA or BS required; MBA or Degree in Construction Management is a plus Ability to gain consensus and manage a multi-national team and stakeholders Must be very organized, analytical, and structured Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers Strong capability and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong executive presence Able to work in a team environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills We look forward to hearing from you!
