As the

Senior Manager, Business Operations , you will be responsible for reporting and inter-departmental initiatives for Construction Execution including team performance and ensures team accountabilities are being met. In the role of Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will also have the responsibility of people management, ensuring the regional rhythm of the business is supported, and partner across the region and globally to support continuous improvement in support of predictable construction delivery. What you will do Compilation of data for reporting/communications/KPIs Board level reporting Documentation and facilitation of critical meetings Regional OKR tracking and support Regional Investment Committee reporting Global Reporting compilation on behalf of region Support cross-org projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs Work with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the team’s communication strategy inclusive of SharePoint design and administration, new communication mediums, deck templates, data analytic presentation, and more Serve as key internal GID partner cross-regionally, work with counterparts to strengthen global alignment on processes, priorities, and support, support regional execution while driving toward globally standardized outputs and products Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to manage people and non-people targets Support internal and external staff onboarding, including but not limited to support and coordination of vendor onboarding to NTT systems Manage the Portfolio Risk and Change Management Team and function, ensuring appropriate and consistent process adoption across CAPEX projects Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing quality, efficiency, and effective resource management (This includes the development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency) Drive team data strategy, partner to implement systems and tools ensuring ongoing data completeness and integrity, create and manage ongoing review cadence for key team metrics Identify constraints, concerns, and present proposed solutions to mitigate to the stakeholders Identify and perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed to support decisions and project delivery What we are looking for 10-15 years working in a corporate or large matrix organization environment with global experience Background, experience, and education in Construction Management, Data Centers, PMP/PgMP, is a plus BA or BS required (MBA or Degree in Construction Management is a plus) Ability to gain consensus and manage a multi-national team and stakeholders from a position of influence (Knowledge of global operations and processes a plus) Must be very organized, analytical, and structured – strong governance-orientation to ensure processes are followed and decisions are made at the appropriate level Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Flexible and willing to consider others’ ideas We look forward to hearing from you!
