As the

Senior Manager, Business Operations , you will be responsible for reporting and inter-departmental initiatives for Construction Execution including team performance and ensuring team accountabilities are being met. In this role, you will also manage people, support the regional rhythm of the business, and partner across the region and globally to promote continuous improvement in predictable construction delivery. What you will do Compile data for reporting/communications/KPIs Prepare board level reports Document and facilitate critical meetings Track and support regional OKRs Report to the Regional Investment Committee Compile global reporting on behalf of the region Support cross-organizational projects and initiatives to meet changing business needs Work with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the team’s communication strategy, including SharePoint design and administration, new communication mediums, deck templates, and data analytic presentations Serve as a key internal GID partner cross-regionally, collaborating with counterparts to strengthen global alignment on processes and priorities Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to manage people and non-people targets Support internal and external staff onboarding, including vendor onboarding to NTT systems Manage the Portfolio Risk and Change Management Team, ensuring consistent process adoption across CAPEX projects Streamline business processes across the unit, optimizing quality, efficiency, and resource management Drive team data strategy, implementing systems and tools to ensure ongoing data completeness and integrity Identify constraints and concerns, presenting proposed solutions to stakeholders Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support decisions and project delivery What we are looking for 10-15 years of experience in a corporate or large matrix organization with global exposure Background in Construction Management, Data Centers, and PMP/PgMP is a plus BA or BS required (MBA or Degree in Construction Management is a plus) Ability to gain consensus and manage a multi-national team and stakeholders from a position of influence Strong organizational, analytical, and structured skills with a governance orientation Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Flexible and open to considering others’ ideas We look forward to hearing from you!
