Senior Manager - Customer Experience - International Markets

As Senior Manager, Customer Experience – Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in building and developing our value-added service portfolio and shaping/enhancing our strategic key account management approach across our international region. This role requires knowledge of the diagnostic market coupled with strong commercial acumen and exceptional project management skills to translate high-level concepts into tangible services that drive growth and strengthen key customer relationships. What To Expect Partner with the international diagnostics business to understand and quantify our value-added service programs. Develop new service offerings and improve existing ones, upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue. Utilize your understanding of strategic service offerings and innovative pricing models to project manage and deliver competitive solutions. Define levels within our service levels, delivery models, and tiered access. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate project execution, using your knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Understand and anticipate customer needs, proactively gathering information and customer feedback for service improvements. Monitor project progress carefully, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. What We Expect Commercial Acumen:

Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the diagnostics/healthcare industry. Familiarity with revenue enhancement strategies. Industry-Specific Knowledge:
