both internally and externally. Support your team to ensure the robustness of
core governance , core business systems, and procedures to maintain compliance and meet
regulatory responsibilities , ensuring processes and procedures are reviewed and updated. Identify and mitigate
risks , keeping all stakeholders updated. Participate
proactively
in the Senior Client Management meetings, managing the communication process and changes to procedures within your team. Actively identify
opportunities for efficiencies , solutions, and synergies within the group and wider business, and raise via the appropriate channels to ensure the wider team is aware. Support the
Business Development
team with new business opportunities and proactively seek out opportunities for new business from within your external network. Demonstrate advanced
commercial expertise
in relation to your Cost Centre P&L, and participate in the budget and forecast process. What will you bring to the role? We’re looking for a solid ‘all-round’ team manager that holds previous experience of managing and leading a successful team with excellent client management experience specifically from a financial services background. You’ll be a self-starter, who can work with minimal direction with a proactive & resilient approach, able to deliver under pressure. Forward planning, balancing priorities, and coordinating multiple tasks while being flexible across requirements to ensure priorities and SLAs are met. Strong interpersonal, presentation & literacy skills will allow you to successfully communicate across all levels of the business, while holding compelling influencing and negotiation skills, paired with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure successful client relationships. Other key requirements: Advanced commercial views on contracts/requests of clients regarding services. Ability to identify and solve problems.
