As a result of further expansion within this international powerhouse firm, the award-winning corporate tax division is seeking Corporate Tax Senior Manager and/or Director candidates to add to their already impressive workforce. Responsibilities: Manage an impressive client portfolio ranging from large international groups, FTSE, large corporates, OMBs, institutional investors, and custodians. Work on both inbound and outbound deals/clients. Collaborate closely with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors to develop relationships and enhance your personal portfolio and networks. Deliver technical expertise and serve as the go-to person for advisory across all areas of corporate tax. Qualifications: Client-facing experience with a strong track record within corporate tax, M&A, or an International Tax bias. CTA/ACA qualified.
