Senior Manager, Field Marketing

to join us in our London office. #LI-Hybrid As an individual contributor, you will focus on leading our EMEA-focussed enterprise marketing efforts, managing the Geo marketing strategy and implementing the plan to excite and engage both our prospects and partners. On a typical day, you will: Create an integrated EMEA Marketing Strategy that maps to Corporate Marketing goals and aligns to the geo GTM, to meet targets Manage regional end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns including (but not restricted to) email, digital, events, and social media Analyze EMEA marketing performance and return on investment, adjusting plans as needed Manage regional events (owned and third-party presence), and webinars to enhance brand awareness and create demand Ensure post-event follow-up and analysis to gauge success and areas for improvement Collaborate with our Partner Account Managers and focus partners to design and implement marketing programs to grow partner-sourced demand Work with sales teams to maximize engagement and conversion through the funnel Collaborate with Product and Brand marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning for regional marketing campaigns We imagine you will bring: 8+ years of experience in field or partner marketing in a B2B SaaS environment targeting enterprise segments A deep understanding of the marketing funnel and demand generation waterfall with the experience to interpret regional data and translate insights into applicable marketing strategies Experience with partner marketing and developing successful ‘sell-to, sell-through and sell-with’ campaigns Experience managing projects and tracking and reporting against event budgets Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce preferable) Hands-on experience from planning through to execution Willingness to work in a team and cross-functionally The benefits you'll love: Be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies from the Nordics Flexible and hybrid working to support work-life balance 25 days of paid leave annually Employee stock option program and retirement benefits 19 weeks paid maternity leave and 10 weeks paid paternity leave Comprehensive health insurance coverage Cycle-to-work scheme Personal learning budget for professional growth after six months of employment At Ardoq, you will work with bold, caring, and driven people, bridging business and IT.
