Stanton House is partnering with a leading FMCG business in their space to appoint a Senior FP&A role. This is an exciting opportunity with a fast paced, well established organisation where you shall lead of FP&A activity for the UK and Ireland business. Salary - £85,000 - £100,000 car bonus & wider benefits Location – Berkshire (Hybrid working) The role will lead on managing their budget and forecasting process, reporting on financial performance alongside working closely with the commercial finance team to aid in strategic decision making. This role will also be focused on long term business planning and modelling. It will be part of the senior leadership team and have a team of 4 direct reports. You will report directly to the Finance Director and support the growth and development of the wider Finance team. In order to succeed in the role; Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 4 years PQE Experience in managing a strong budgeting and forecasting process Experience within a similar FMCG or CPG business Prior team Management experience Previous experience in leading/ownership of forecasting, reporting, P&L management, budgeting, and cash flow/working capital Experience in using FP&A models and systems Strong ability to use data and Excel Ability to manage a range of stakeholders and challenge/push back when necessary Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to; Providing support to different functions, including budgets and quarterly forecasts, and becoming a proactive and trusted partner. Present key financial information to SLT and other senior stakeholders Driving high quality reporting and analysis whilst continuously seeking to improve processes Drive preparation and development of the annual budget, re-forecasting process and longer-term strategic plans Monitor and develop key performance indicators across the business – highlighting trends and identifying causes of unexpected variances. Work closely with the commercial finance team, Central Finance; and other company functions – Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing on both short and long-term projects to improve total performance.
