Senior Manager – Finance
to join our FP&A team and act as a
Finance Business Partner
for the UK Commercial organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing
critical financial insights and strategic support
to senior stakeholders. About the Role As a key member of the
FP&A team , you will be responsible for
financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
across multiple markets and therapeutic areas. You will play a pivotal role in
driving business performance , ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare
management reports
comparing actual performance to budget and prior year results. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead and support financial planning processes across different markets. Business Partnering:
Work closely with market teams to develop business plans, track performance, and identify opportunities for revenue, margin, and cost improvements. Financial Control:
Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition, supporting the
monthly and annual financial close . Process Improvement:
Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and efficiencies. Strategic Projects:
Contribute to
acquisitions, integrations, and product launches , providing financial insights and support. What We’re Looking For ️
Qualified Accountant
(ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience. ️ Highly numerate with excellent
analytical skills
and attention to detail. ️ Strong
Excel skills
and the ability to work with large data sets to generate meaningful insights. ️ Ability to
present financial data
effectively to senior stakeholders. ️ Proactive, organised, and able to
manage multiple priorities
in a fast-moving environment. ️ A collaborative team player with strong
relationship-building skills . ️ Interest in the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
is beneficial but not essential. ️
Fluent English
(written and spoken). ️ Hybrid working – minimum
