What you'll do

We have an exciting brand-new position for a Senior Manager who can create, nurture and grow our brand new innovative solution for the SME market-place, IT Hubs.

IT Hubs is a franchised arm of Vodafone, providing much needed full E2E IT Managed Services to the SME sector, allowing business owners of IT hubs to provide local personal support, whilst utilising the full strength of Vodafone to supply the best price and service!

This role is ultimately like a mini MD/ CEO where you will be responsible for the success and growth of the new IT Hubs channel, setting the Strategic roadmap, overseeing Sales & Revenue, Channel Marketing, In-life Franchise model as well as overseeing, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the IT Hubs channel, ensuring franchisees are effectively equipped and supported to meet business targets. Foster strong relationships with franchisees, providing operational guidance, resolving challenges, and promoting best practices.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of IT Hub franchisees nationwide, including establishing franchisee selection criteria, developing comprehensive training programs, creating marketing materials and overseeing the development of a robust franchisee network.
  • Collaborate with the Vodafone Business sales team to identify and secure partnerships with key target markets, including SME businesses.
  • Work closely with Vodafone Business product and service teams to ensure IT Hubs franchisees have access to the most relevant and competitive offerings to meet the evolving needs of SME customers, including identification of potential new products and services that can be integrated into the portfolio.
Who you are
  • Significant experience of progressive leadership experience in sales, channel management, or a related field, ideally within the IT and MSP sector. Experience as an SME managing director is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of franchise models and experience in building and managing successful franchise networks
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and relevant technologies. Proven ability to effectively manage and leverage technology solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Strong track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships and driving sales growth
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
