KINTO is looking to attract an innovated and driven individual to work in a newly created role, where you will take full ownership for new products and services that will strengthen our customer and client interaction, creating continued growth for the business. You will need to be customer focused, understanding what we need to create and implement to ensure we can meet the needs of our ever evolving and dynamic client base and be focused on our vision of being the No.1 mobility provider. The Role: Support the CEO to develop the KINTO UK innovation strategy, including the associated products and services to create new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborate with OneToyota and KINTO Europe, whilst also considering the UK market and competitor landscape with use of market research to enhance our existing portfolio of products and services and to create new, as clients’ needs evolve. Manage the KINTO Innovation Team to implement the strategies and products, with a focus on how the services can support our core and traditional businesses, giving consideration to current and future customer needs as well as their commercial viability. Support internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the expertise in the KINTO Innovation Team to ensure the design and delivery of Technology/data platform solutions to meet customer, business, and commercial requirements. Experience: Proven experience of introducing new products and services for the end customer Strategic planning and implementation project experience Experience of introducing innovative ideas, to enhance and drive company growth A real drive and enthusiasm for innovation Project management and commercial acumen Stakeholder management, experience of presentation to board level Financial management and understanding of business strategy and planning process Benefits: Competitive starting salary Bonus earning potential 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday Great pension scheme starting at employee (EE) contribution of 4% with an employer (ER) contribution of 11%.
