The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for project management and delivery of specific marketing projects, processes and campaigns within the Neuroscience business unit. The role will also be part of the strategic marketing group led by the AD Marketing for Neuroscience which will develop and execute campaigns and content to drive education and awareness of our products within our customer group and work to develop our short and long-term plans to ensure success. This role includes responsibility for marketing activities for current and future Jazz Pharmaceutical products in the Neuroscience therapy area. Functions:

Lead the development of specific marketing campaigns and activities as directed and agreed with the BUD and AD Marketing. Partner effectively with the AD Marketing, Director of Sales, Medical and Market Access Lead to create a truly cross-functional brand team and working environment that values differences and delivers for patients. Support the development of commercial programmes to support the objectives of the products in UK/Ireland. Regularly interact with functional leaders and major customers to support strategic plans and objectives for the UK/Ireland team. Support BU Head and AD Marketing in the development of the long-range strategic vision for the Neuroscience business in UK/Ireland. Support a multi-pronged, omnichannel and cross-functional approach that engages key centres, thought leaders, payors as well as other stakeholders and influencers. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experienced Marketer within the UK Environment. Exceptional project management skills. Ability to set goals, prioritise activities, and establish/meet challenging timelines. Good leadership skills with a strong individual and group leadership approach. Strong cross-functional management skills including the ability to influence without authority. Proven ability to 'partner' successfully with cross-functional teams within country and region. Ability to drive and complete at an operational level with a pragmatic hands-on approach. Evidence of ability to develop innovative programs and approaches that support the needs of HCPs and commercial teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to large groups. Strong inter-personal relationship building skills/collaboration and teamwork. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify, understand and propose plans to address business issues and opportunities.
