We are seeking a dynamic Senior Merchandising Manager to lead and build out our merchandising team. You will enhance our product range, ensuring our platform remains the go-to destination for luxury convenience retail.

You will be someone who is excited about understanding customer needs, trends, and the retail environment with a commercial mindset. You will have impeccable attention to detail, creative vision, be data-driven, and have exceptional communication skills. Ultimately, you will have a direct impact on increasing sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain engaging product content on the Zapp app and website. Work closely with the Category and Marketing teams to plan and develop merchandising strategies, such as iconic collections. Develop features on the online platform and app in close collaboration with the product and technology teams. Analyse sales data, customer behaviours, reactions, insights, and market trends to anticipate customer needs. Define, set up, analyse and report on the performance of the catalogue. Devise long-term development strategies for the product category. Approach decisions in a data-driven, strategic manner to optimise the catalogue offering. Liaise with the marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of product categories. Collaborate with procurement to ensure operational excellence. Assume responsibility for revenue, margin, and a great perceived catalogue. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in e-Commerce or digital merchandising. Proven track record of creating successful merchandising strategies and managing product assortments. A passion for customer experience, with a proven ability to translate customer needs into business strategy. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills including excellent knowledge of Google Workspace; in particular, knowledge of Looker is advantageous.
