• Leading the product engineering team and collaborate with marketing, product development and Operation teams through all facets of New Product development and introduction goals on th.
• Partner with operation teams in yield improvement and cost down initiatives.
• Drive novel test and defect management concepts to support zero defect quality improvement programs.
• Drive automation concepts for efficient New Product Introduction processes to meet Corporate Time to Market objectives.
• A PhD or Master’s degree in semiconductor device/material physics or related fields.
