We are looking for an experienced leader in property management to join our leadership team. In this role, you will lead our property management strategy and team, ensuring high standards in developing and managing our head office and retail property strategy, delivering exceptional workspaces for our members and colleagues. About the Role As the Senior Manager for Property Management, you will lead the Property team of 34 people, delivering workplace strategy and associated property services across the Group. This includes all our Head Office locations, 100+ retail locations and data centres. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes of work to maintain and improve our property portfolio in line with industry standards whilst also looking for opportunities to innovate and meet changing employee and member needs. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management, you will ensure all financial budgets, commercial management, operational risks and service standards are met. About you You must be an experienced Leader in Property Management, with experience of setting strategic direction, and developing a large team in a similar or larger size property estate. A deep understanding of evolving property standards, both in terms of legislation & regulation, but also in terms of advancements in workplace strategy, both building and office design. It is desirable that the role holder is a member of MRICS (Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors) or MIWFM. About us At YBS we don’t have shareholders, we have members.
