F1 is currently seeking a Senior Manager in its Licensing division to oversee F1’s portfolio of retail licensees and partners. The Senior Manager will report to the Head of Retail, working closely with the Director of Licensing & Gaming, focusing on the management and development of Formula 1’s growing retail programme, which includes delivery partners and projects across trackside, off-track and ecommerce platforms. Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the retail programme, with the support of the Head of Retail and junior team members, to include partnership and supplier management across;

F1’s trackside and off-track retail programme; F1’s ecommerce platforms;

Work with internal departments to support licensees and partners to ensure we deliver continued revenue growth; Liaise with F1 teams and other external stakeholders to support licensees and partners to maximise opportunities; Lead management of partners in relation to product and concept development, ensuring output is reflective of the F1 brand and in line with business objectives, oversee approvals of F1 IP, marketing and promotional activity and financial reporting; Support Head of Retail and Director in the strategic development of the retail programme to deliver key growth and fan engagement objectives; Develop a deep understanding of partner delivery timelines, operational requirements, commercial objectives, growth strategies and KPIs; Support the wider licensing and commercial partnerships team in agreeing new partnerships and renewals; Build and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout the F1 ecosystem, including internal and external teams; Management of partner forecasting, collection of royalty reports and invoicing for licensees; Produce presentations and other collateral that help the wider team monitor licensee performance; Remain up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices. About You Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification Solid experience in retail and/or brand licensing plus experience within the sports and/or event landscape would be advantageous Proven track record of managing commercial partners, building partnerships and delivering against revenue targets Project management and demonstrated organisational experience Strong account management skills and understanding of licensing and retail business models An excellent project manager and relationship builder that creates win-win partnerships Commercial mindset, strategic and detail-orientated in project execution Ability to express and present ideas or facts concisely and precisely At ease working with legal teams and understanding long-form legal agreements Comfort with analytics, excel modelling, royalty tracking and forecasting Ability to prioritise and handle numerous tasks simultaneously An understanding of Formula 1 will be an advantage Team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Resourceful with a focus on detail Ability to handle high pressure situations with poise, confidence and humour Division: Commercial
