Job Description
The Customer Strategy & Execution ("CSE") Senior Manager role is a pivotal role within the Sales & Account Management ("SAM") organization. CSE ensures that the Risk Intelligence Sales and CSM teams, as well as other functions such as Account Managers, Business Development or Customer Consulting are fully equipped to carry out their roles, and that the goals and priorities of the business are translated into focused execution within the sales and account management organisation. This role is specifically aligned to the Digital Identity & Fraud ("DI&F") business within Risk Intelligence.
In this role you will report to the Global Head of CSE for Risk Intelligence. You will work closely with the business leadership and SAM leadership teams to deliver our growth goals working with supporting functions across the organisation to support the growth of the DI&F business.
Your Main Priorities:
Partner with the global sales and customer success leadership teams and with business owners to define annual global sales priorities in the form of sales plays and to ensure detailed execution.
Complete priorities working with partners across SAM including, but not limited to, Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations & Marketing.
Playing a lead role in the monthly Business Operating Team as the principle interlock between SAM and the business to agree on key priorities and to unblock any challenges to achieve our growth targets.
Providing deep market and business domain expertise for large and strategic deals aligning buyer needs to LSEG Solutions.
Be a key partner of the business for VoC.
Role Responsibilities:
Partner with the business leadership team to define sales and retention strategy through the sales plays framework.
Be the interlink between the Risk leadership and the wider SAM organization.
Represent the voice of the customer, contribute to business planning and investment choices to assist product development and capital allocation.
Plan & assess SAM readiness for product launches and product migration / sunsets, ensuring the SAM organisation has all they need to successfully achieve product targets.
Supervise performance and progress of execution plans.
Ensure marketing activities and opportunity generation align to and support execution plans/campaigns.
Partner with L&D on guaranteeing a comprehensive learning and certification programme for onboarding and continuous training.
You will have the following knowledge & experience:
Deep market domain expertise & experience in digital identity, KYC & anti-fraud. Understanding of the trends and themes on a global basis, and familiarity with macroeconomic trends & vendors in this space.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills including influencing at a high level and leading teams and/or partners in a matrix organisation to achieve a common objective.
Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills, with analytical skills but also the capacity of completing global programmes.
B2B commercial and sales experience.
Very strong organizational, communication and presentation skills, with experience in communicating complex concepts to senior partners.
Hands-on expertise in MS Excel and PPT are critical.
