Security Services

reporting to our VP, IT Operations, to oversee cyber security, leading a team of internal colleagues and external consultants. Key Responsibilities: Oversee cyber security ensuring robust protection measures are in place in IT and OT environment. Responsible for security solutions and service delivery for e.g. XDR (Extended Detection and Response), SIEM/SOAR (Security Information and Event Management/Security Orchestration, Automation and Response), Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting and Digital Forensics. Conduct regular security audits and benchmarks to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities with corrective actions. Ensure that Huhtamäki complies with all relevant security regulations and legislations, like NIS2 and CCPA. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company business and assets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage. Increase security awareness across Huhtamäki. Lead and mentor the security services team, fostering a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement. Education/Experience required: University degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in the Cyber Security/Information Security domain. Proven experience in developing security operations in a large organization. Strong experience in operating and leading changes in matrix organizations and cross-cultural environments.
