Starbucks - Marketing and Brand Management As a Senior Manager in Strategic Planning, Insights, and Analytics, your role is instrumental in supporting strategic planning through to implementation with customer and business insights. You're not one to shy away from a challenge and are not interested in stagnant roles. This isn't just a typical management position where you won't have to think outside the box. In this role, you will be given the chance to develop your skills through partnering with multiple business functions and external partners. To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident in articulating business needs and challenging stakeholders. Your role is to act as a partner for insights, market research, and analytics to deliver best practices and standards across EMEA. As our next Senior Manager in Strategic Planning, Insights, and Analytics, you will be driving the continual improvement of business and consumer understanding in our region. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate information is accessible to facilitate business information exchange. This role is crucial in influencing stakeholders both internally and externally. The Key Requirements... Strong commercial and practical sensibility Ability to drive brand relevance to influence brand recognition and growth across the region Assist in developing Joint Business Plans with regional geo-licensees, aligning internal strategic roadmaps with market-specific executional plans to maximize brand relevancy and local adaptation Develop multi-year strategic and financial planning processes, including the 3-Year Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and quarterly performance review plus ad hoc analysis in partnership with other functions Strong understanding and experience with different research methodologies, set-up, questionnaire design, analysis, and storytelling (both qualitative and quantitative) across all marketing 4Ps Joining Starbucks, you'll become part of a business that is on a transformation journey, where managing ambiguity is key.
