to join our client’s transformation division, working with a dynamic and collaborative team to deliver impactful change. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in management consultancy, transformation, and PMO/TMO leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Role Responsibilities As a Senior Manager in the Transformation Division, you will: Lead complex transformation programmes for key clients, ensuring delivery of measurable results Oversee and manage PMO/TMO structures, ensuring strategic alignment across all programme activities Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and transformation expert Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure sustainable and effective outcomes Lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Provide thought leadership and contribute to business development opportunities, including pitches and proposals Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across programmes Skills and Experience Required To succeed in this role, you will need: A proven track record in management consultancy, with a focus on transformation and programme delivery (Ideally Big 4) Demonstrable experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries or clients Strong expertise in PMO/TMO frameworks, governance, and operational best practices. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering value-driven solutions Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams Why Should You Apply?
