Senior Manager/Director Designate required. My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as a Senior Manager/Director Designate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role in a well-established accountancy practice. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in leadership skills and have the confidence to develop a high-performing team to grow the company as successfully as possible. Position Overview

Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support Manage a department and a team of Client Managers, Senior Client Accountants, and Client Accountants on their portfolio of clients Manage the filing deadlines for year-end accounts and corporation tax returns (CT600's) for the practice Review confirmation statements produced by client administration prior to filing for the clients Review all draft year-end accounts and tax computations Review personal tax computations prepared by the Client Managers and Client Accountants Review client company structures and ensure all new legislation is kept up to date Attend finalisation meetings with clients and discuss future strategies for the business Provide strategic consultancy and financial management services Actively look to introduce new clients to the company and help promote and sell its services to prospective clients Position Requirements

Previous experience working in accountancy practices is essential Previous experience using IRIS Practice Suite, Sage Software, and certain Cloud-based Accounting Software on behalf of clients (Liberty Accounts, Xero, etc.) Strong business acumen and financial literacy Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans Position Remuneration
