They are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team; this is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and processes, delivering complex engineering solutions across multiple value streams.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer Key Responsibilities: •Project Management: Lead and deliver technical projects ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. •Technical Expertise: Interpret and assess 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, and specifications to define production solutions and equipment requirements. •Process Optimization: Develop and implement manufacturing methods that reduce recurring costs while ensuring First Time Right capability. •Safety & Compliance: Assess the safety and environmental impact of new equipment and processes, ensuring adherence to all legal regulations. •Quality Assurance: Deliver proven and validated processes, product inspections, and robust process instructions within agreed timelines. •Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize process capability and drive ongoing improvements. •Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams, program management, and customers to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Skills & Experience: •HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. •Proven ability to visualize and design complex manufacturing systems. •Extensive experience with multi-axis machining, wet treatments, surface modifications, ALM (Additive Layer Manufacturing), bonding, joining, and final assembly. •Expertise in cross-functional teamwork and managing competing priorities. •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cohesive relationships. •Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes. •Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on integrity, respect, passion, and pride
