Senior Manufacturing Engineer focuses on support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
What the role involves
- Support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and output.
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production readiness activities.
- Process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Driving Lean Manufacturing and waste reduction initiatives.
- Analysing manufacturing data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Skills and requirements
- Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality standards.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- CAD or process simulation experience.
