Determine applicability of existing documentation to SSNA programme Identify applicable Learning from Experience and embody within documentation Identify and liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate document reviews Engage with Manufacturing Engineering functions and other Subject Matter Experts (such as Engineering) Author and revise documentation in line with feedback Raise Process Improvement Requests and seek approval in line with business processes Support/Deploy documentation across the team Contribute to the development of department ways of working Qualifications

General understanding of Manufacturing Engineering principles Knowledge of Microsoft packages Understanding and application of Process Mapping Previous experience dealing with a range of stakeholders Please be aware that many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role. About the Manufacturing Engineering Team

The Process Development team is made up of a diverse team from multiple backgrounds bringing a wide range of experience to an expanding team. As part of the Process Development team you will be ensuring robust processes are in place and embedded into relevant functions and departments for the next generation of attack submarine. Teamwork is the key! You will be expanding on your collaboration and networking skills by integrating and/or facilitating relevant meetings, sharing ideas, collating LFE (Learning from Experience) to bring together an effective process output to enable a demanding programme.
