The Manufacturing Engineering team: The current programme, SSNA, has a substantial quantity of Submarines to manufacture, hence the requirement to produce boats with repeatability and predictability in terms of quality, manufacturing assurance and timing. The role will, initially, be involved in stabilising a condition of the company's requirements, where we can produce at the rate that is required by the business. Included in the overall role of the team will be creating and investigating opportunities, via Engineering, Jigs, Fixtures and Tooling, Facilities and Dimensional Management collaboration to ensure and potentially improve of the requirements laid down by the business. This will in turn be amongst the elements to improve and develop existing and new processes. We offer relocation support across all Submarine roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
