with opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Sound interesting? Your key responsibilities: Solve manufacturing challenges to address internal and external process issues, ensuring a

zero-harm safety culture . Lead the development and implementation of

new manufacturing equipment

and processes to enable our

NPI (New Product Introduction)

and continuous improvement programs. Develop new product processes from concept to prototyping, through product launch, and into volume manufacturing. Collaborate with designers to ensure products are optimized for manufacture, achieving

high-yield, cost-efficient solutions . Your qualifications and experience: Demonstrated problem-solving expertise, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of unknown technical challenges. Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience. Background in roles such as

Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer , or similar. Diverse industry experience is welcome – it’s your problem-solving ability that counts. Why Siemens Healthineers? We offer excellent benefits, including
