Senior Marketing Analyst . This role will manage and coordinate the work of the data analytics team to deliver insight and campaign data to the marketing & digital team, and customer KPI metrics to the wider business. This role is Hybrid working, so travel to our Travis Perkins head office based in Northampton is usually required once or twice a week! The successful candidate will: Produce analysis to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activity, shaping future campaigns and ensuring effective customer targeting. Interrogate data and trends to highlight areas of concern; use customer data to drive sales and margin performance for the company. Provide insight on all marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns. Ensure smooth delivery of insight and campaign data through effective people and priority management. Continue the development of the customer dashboard that can be shared across the business, ensuring alignment between finance and marketing data. Support the marketing team with campaign selections and BAU processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR principles. Research and apply new analytical techniques to provide further insight and personalization for customers. Use SQL and Google Sheets for delivery of work, potentially with some Python. What you’ll need to know: Degree in a numerate subject. Experience in an industry that deals with volume customers (e.g., retail). Budget management. Ability to use data software to interrogate information. Presenting to multiple stakeholders. Project Management. Knowledge of different software packages and understanding of how data lakes are structured. Able to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent attention to detail. Able to interpret a single-minded proposition and brief. What can we offer you?
