Role Overview: The Talent Set is excited to be working with one of our favourite higher education clients as they search for a Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer to support them for an exciting 12-month contract.

The Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer will manage digital and offline advertising campaigns to attract both domestic and international students to the University. This role requires strong audience insight, creative messaging, and collaboration with various teams to support student recruitment. The officer will liaise with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are innovative and align with the University's recruitment strategy. Additionally, the officer will provide expert advice on acquisition strategies to influence University-wide and divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Operations to create and execute strategies for undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment. Oversee acquisition campaigns to attract high-quality students, managing agency contracts and budgets to ensure creative, impactful campaigns. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all recruitment activities align with University goals. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and student behaviour to adapt marketing strategies. Develop content in collaboration with the content team to support campaigns. Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and deadlines. Manage acquisition marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI. Operate in a highly competitive higher education market, requiring continuous insight and innovation. Ensure the University's brand remains attractive and relevant to prospective students. Manage complex workflows with competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Support cultural change initiatives within the University, focusing on collaboration and measurable outcomes. Person Specification: Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications. Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of higher education marketing and recruitment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience managing budgets and ensuring ROI. Proficiency with IT tools, particularly MS Office and databases. What's on Offer: A salary between GBP38,000 to GBP40,000 for the successful candidate. A flexible hybrid working pattern is on offer with 2-days per-week in the organisation's Kent-based office. A 12-month contract in a fantastic organisation that fosters growth. Interested?
