The Senior Marketing and Communications Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that enhance the Company’s brand, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, excellent copywriting and communication skills, and a proven track record in campaign and content creation and implementing corporate communications and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Responsible for creating and scheduling accurate and engaging long/short format content, such as case studies and blog posts, liaising with internal and external teams as required. Support the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and executing marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, implement and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring and adjusting approaches as required. Plan, implement and execute internal communication campaigns and training sessions, keeping employees informed and engaged. Plan, implement, and execute company events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, attending as required. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Coordinate PR initiatives and manage media relations. Ensure all activities adhere to the agreed marketing budgets. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, preparing and presenting detailed monthly reports to the Marketing Manager. Additional Responsibilities Monitor all inbound marketing channels, responding, actioning, and escalating as required. Maintain marketing-related systems and applications, such as our eMarketing platform, CRM, DAM, etc. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all internal and external communications adhere to the Company’s standards. Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials as required. Assist in mentoring junior team members. Practise and promote the Company’s values. About You The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented professional passionate about marketing and communications. You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and think strategically while executing tasks precisely. You will be a team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. Technical skills in content creation, digital marketing tools, data analytics, and Microsoft applications are essential. You should be adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs, with a strong customer focus and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Experience Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations. Proven experience in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Proven experience in content creation across various formats and platforms. Analytical: Proficient in analysing marketing data and metrics. Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Digital Proficiency: Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems. Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Design: Able to recognise visually appealing compositions with a strong sense of style, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of design principles. This position is based at the Company’s Southampton office, and occasional travel is required for events and meetings. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements are available for the right candidate. All applicants must be able to commute reliably to the office and, therefore, live within a reasonable distance of Southampton. Working hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), including half an hour unpaid break per day. Part-time hours are available for the right candidate. Package:

Annual salary, 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays + paid birthday leave and discretionary annual and Christmas bonuses (subject to eligibility). Benefits after a successful probationary period will include:
