Role Overview:

As our Senior Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding Hazaar’s presence and influence within the student community across UK universities. You’ll lead the execution of dynamic, data-driven marketing campaigns designed to drive user acquisition, enhance engagement, and increase in-app purchases. Focusing on social media, email marketing, and product promotion, you’ll create targeted campaigns that resonate with students across each of our university marketplaces. 

We’re seeking a creative, results-oriented campaign leader with a strong background in B2C marketing and user acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the full cycle of campaign planning and implementation, targeting students across our university marketplaces.
  • Develop detailed campaign strategies that span multiple marketing channels, including:
  • University Partnerships: Execute campaigns through partnered universities via social media, newsletters, digital screens, emails, and websites.
  • Product Marketing: Run product-focused campaigns, including push notifications, emails, and social media promotions, tailored to each marketplace.
  • Event Marketing: Collaborate with the events manager to drive event participation and visibility.


Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Partner with content creators and university ambassadors to amplify Hazaar’s brand presence, engaging students and building brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Intern to ensure alignment across all content and key campaign initiatives.


Performance Tracking & Optimisation:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in B2C marketing, especially in user acquisition and leading digital campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to design and execute cross-channel campaigns, managing timelines and resources effectively.
  • Content Creation: Skilled in using platforms including; canva, capcut, indesign, and email marketing platforms. You will also need to work with content creators to produce engaging, platform-specific content.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics, interpreting data, and optimising strategies based on insights.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, engaging marketing ideas tailored to the student demographic.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging students, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally within a team environment to align on shared objectives.
